2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity and account information (name, email address, user ID)
• Learning and usage data (study progress, preferences, survey responses and feedback)
• Device and technical data (device and app information, online identifiers, IP address, error logs)
• Subscription and transaction information
• Consent and preference records

Payments are taken through the App Store or Google Play; we do not process your card details.

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

• Providing the service: Creating and managing your account, providing the App's features, administering subscriptions and sending notifications. Legal ground: the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Improving and securing the App: Analyzing usage, detecting and fixing errors, and ensuring security. Legal ground: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Legal obligations: Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation and responding to requests from competent authorities. Legal ground: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
• Measuring marketing activities: Measuring and improving the effectiveness of our marketing activities. Legal ground: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). Data is processed for this purpose only if you give your explicit consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time under Ayarlar > Gizlilik (Settings > Privacy).

4. How Personal Data Is Collected

Your personal data is collected electronically when you sign up for and use the App, either as provided by you or through automated means.

5. Transfers of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to:

• our service providers and business partners (hosting, authentication, analytics, error tracking, subscription management, notification and marketing measurement services);
• app stores;
• competent public authorities and institutions, upon their request.

Some of our service providers are located abroad, so your data may be transferred abroad; these transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period and Account Deletion

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

You can delete your account at any time via Ayarlar > Hesap İşlemleri > Hesabı Sil (Settings > Account Actions > Delete Account). You need to cancel your subscription's renewal separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to keep your personal data secure.

8. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and its deletion or destruction; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.

You can send your requests to info@ydsevo.com with the subject line "KVKK Request". Your requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current text is published in the App and on our website together with its "Last Updated" date.
